Degradation Trip is a full on balls-to-the-wall Alice record in every shape and form. From the layering of the vocals to the riffs, Cantrell had everything figured out on this album when he made it. In some songs, I can swear you can hear Layne. The trademark Alice vocal layering effect more than serves its purpose. There are also some throwaway tracks here like the acoustic pieces that sound like "Heaven Beside You" but otherwise its a classic record that is so much better than the whimper of Boggy Depot.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Brian</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 24 Dec 2008 19:52:59 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
