I love that he raps about shit that matters. For example, in "A Peculiar Evolution," he started talking about some chick he was with, and that's usually what most rappers/def jam artists would continue talking about. Instead, he took it a different direction, starting to talk about the issue with using the word "nigger." I think his material is actually worth listening to because you can learn a little bit, get a new perspective on something other than big round booties (or other superficial things lol).

As an emcee, I think his humorous, light hearted speaking is great (when he's not rapping/jamming [would that even be what you call it? jamming?]). He has a hugeee smile, which definitely makes him seem more approachable despite being on the stage, but that just makes him that much better an emcee.

Seriously. His shit is ridiculous. To anyone that is into conscious, quality rap/def jam (artists like Common), buy Dual Consciousness. The tracks are unbelievable.
