I was certain this song was telling some sort of weird story.

And who would've thought that a Polish band would write a song about a Native American tale? Only Indukti!

Re: Idmen | Indukti

I found this at Amazon.com in reference to Tusan Homichi Tuwvota. I was pretty sure some of the lyrics of the song were "Hawk kills chickens. Hawk kills rabbits." and later something about "that dirty little mouse"... got me thinking... what the hell is going on?!

Field Mouse Goes to War/ Tusan Homichi Tuwvota: A Bilingual Hopi Tale (Paperback)

This traditional Hopi tale recounts the courage and cleverness of a tiny field mouse striving to protect the village from a mighty hawk who is stealing the chickens. It was originally published in 1944 by the Bureau of Indian Afffairs. The drawings are by Hopi artist Fred Kabotie who was born at the turn of the twentieth century on the Second Mesa. Kabotie was commissioned by the Museum of the American Indian in New York to record authentic native dances and by the Fred Harvey Company to decorate the Indian Tower on the south Rim of the Grand Canyon. The book is in English and phonetic Hopi with a pronunciation guide.

This may explain or at least give some insight into Idmen's artwork too.

Re: Idmen | Indukti

You are so lucky to promo copies. I can't wait for this album! I loved S.U.S.A.R. from the first moment I heard it.
