I think it means Rhyming and Beats now. You see R&B artists always collaborating to make themselves known instead of showing off their real skillz. It's been a while since I heard a straight R&B song that hasn't had some form of rap included apart of it. And you see them focusing on flashy pre-made beats instead of music they compose.
