FYI, only the U.S. release and the single release have the re-recorded 'I Don't Care'. The original version on European release is much heavier IMO.

I have to agree, you guys should get your O.L. link on every relevant Wikipedia page, that's how I found the site.

I'll have to pick this album up soon. I have their 2005 self-titled and it's a great album. I also have a live concert dvd and it's awesome seeing a bunch of cellists bring the metal.

Nice review; this is my kinda music and was a bit surprised at first to see it on O.L. - good stuff! The variety in bands on this site is awesome.

These guys played Ozzfest this year; I think there is one more date left on that tour - I heard it's actually quite cool seeing their cellos setup on stage.

Also...nice touch putting the Obnoxious Listeners link on the bands Wikipedia page. Maybe you guys have been doing this all along and this is the first time I stumbled upon a link?

FYI: these guys are touring the Midwest and East Coast in Sep and Oct '08.

Although this is the only album I have from them, it seems to be their best work to date, judging by the sound clips and comments I've heard. So if you check out this album and decide you want more, it's probably safe to work backwards from this point. I'm looking forward to their next release, whenever that happens.

Excellent post Mike. Def a band that I'm gonna keep on my radar and that I'll buy a few albums from. The opening track and strings remind me of Third Eye Open, the strings group that redid all Tool songs. Then when Apocalptica starts putting actual guitars into it, this group starts to stand out and really define their own self.

I really like what I hear. I remember when their Metallica cover album was released, but it didn't catch my interest. I just assumed they've always done covers since. I'm glad to hear that's not the case and thanks for letting us know!
